It's easy wear and not see through which is the best! Just the right amount of tummy control, no sliding or rolling double lined 5" waist band. And guess what there is a pocket inside the waistband that is large enough to hold cellhone, key, cash or cards! 

Size: True to size, but if you want a more compression  feel, size down one size. If you are between sizes, go down one size.
